Set up your parkrun below to get started
🔒 Nothing you paste here is uploaded anywhere — all parsing happens in your browser.
Everything below drives every report and Facebook post this tool generates. Set it up once for your event; you'll only need to revisit it if something changes.
Recommended: right-click the results page → "Save Page As" (or View Source → copy all) → paste that HTML below. It carries everything the CSV does, plus proper age-group codes and the club's all-time totals — no manual export step needed.
No page HTML handy? You can still paste the results CSV instead — the tool will use whichever one you fill in (HTML takes priority if both are filled).
Re-run "Parse data" any time you paste a new CSV or results page; everything else updates live as you type.
The one bit that's genuinely yours each week — weather, mood, anything notable. This gets appended to the auto-built intro paragraph.
Everything else in the "…in Numbers" section is now pulled straight from the results page. These two aren't published there, so they're set once and carried forward — update them only when they actually change.
Upload images to WordPress media library first, then right-click → copy image address, and paste the URL here. Leave blank to skip.
Detected automatically once you parse the CSV (based on run count / volunteer credits hitting 10, 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000…). Edit the wording freely.
Parse data to detect this week's milestones.
Format: Name (count - X to go for Y). Colour is applied automatically: red for "2 to go", magenta for "1 to go". Auto-fills from the tracking data below if you set that up — otherwise paste your own.
Tracks everyone's run count and volunteer credits across weeks, and auto-fills the "upcoming milestones" list above with anyone 1 or 2 away from a threshold — including people who didn't attend this week. Anyone who's been running at other parkruns in the meantime may show up later than expected, since this only knows what it's seen locally. A visitor seen only once won't be suggested by default — see the "seen at least" setting below.
The roster now saves itself automatically in this browser after every parse — no manual steps needed week to week, as long as you keep using the same browser on the same device.
No tracking data loaded yet — the roster starts empty.
Not in the CSV — look these up on the parkrun app once you know who they are, then paste their home parkrun name here. Used in the WordPress table and the Facebook post.
